Paralegal

Location: Denver, CO or Nashville, TN

Schedule: Hybrid - In Office 2 Days per Week

Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Paralegal with experience supporting healthcare-related contracts and business agreements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced legal team responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for Hospital Services Agreements (HSAs). The ideal candidate will have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise Hospital Services Agreements, amendments, and other legal documents.

  • Review contract intake requests and prepare initial agreement drafts.

  • Ensure contracts comply with established legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.

  • Manage contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution and closeout.

  • Maintain accurate contract records and tracking systems.

  • Coordinate document routing for internal approvals and signature collection.

  • Prepare and process contract-related notices, extensions, renewal communications, and other legal correspondence.

  • Assist with dispute resolution documentation, including demand letters, breach notices, and non-renewal notifications.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract completion and billing readiness.

  • Support multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Paralegal Certificate required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience.

  • Previous experience drafting and negotiating contracts preferred.

  • Experience with Hospital Services Agreements (HSAs) or healthcare contracting strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
