About the Role:The Paralegal II – Finance is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for managing and leading all supportive aspects of finance-related cases or transactions, while maintaining closing checklists, coordinating closings, preparing signature pages, and following up on post-closing items, including preparation of related closing indices and binders. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
