Paralegal - Immigration Legal Services
Schedule per week: Part Time 28 Hours - Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. (Flexibility Required)
Location: Paterson, NJ
Job Summary:
Works under supervision of experienced attorney. Must function independently in servicing our clients of limited means with their immigration petitions and problems, including:
Qualifications:
Paralegal with 1-2 years legal or office experience
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Bilingual, Spanish fluency heavily preferred
Well organized and flexible
Strong interpersonal skills
Dedication to public service and Legal Services for persons of limited means and equity in implementation of immigration law and policies.
Open to training for a person interested in pursuing legal career, criminal justice or professional social worker employment.
Organization Sponsorship for representative accreditation possible
