The successful candidate will manage case files, conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and ensure all filings and paperwork are processed efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to case management and a strong understanding of legal processes to contribute effectively to our team's success.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from a variety of resources, including statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs. Assist in the preparation of documents for court filings.Organize and maintain case files, manage deadlines, and keep track of ongoing legal proceedings. Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.Communicate with clients to obtain information, provide updates on case status, and assist with answering routine questions.Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances and trials, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.Handle other tasks as assigned by attorneys or supervisors to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply.
