We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across a wide range of industries.We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support the team by managing case files, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring filings and paperwork are processed efficiently.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and gather relevant information from statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
