This role involves managing complex construction‑related cases, including defect, delay, contract, and general liability matters.Key Responsibilities Assist with case management from intake through trial preparationDraft and prepare discovery, subpoenas, summaries, and litigation support documentsOrganize and review construction project records and discovery materialsCoordinate depositions, mediations, site inspections, and expert communicationsPrepare exhibits, timelines, and trial materialsMaintain calendars, deadlines, and organized case filesE-filing legal documents in state and federal courtQualifications 3+ years of litigation experience; construction or insurance defense preferredParalegal Certificate or bachelor's degree preferredStrong writing, organization, and case‑management skillsExperience with e‑filing and document review platformsAbility to work independently in a high volume, fast‑paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
