Junior Paralegal, SF (or DTLA)
Compensation: $85K - $100K DOE + billable incentive bonus Location: San Francisco, CA (LA considered) Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (consistent schedule) Hours: 35-hour work week | Flexible start time (8:00-9:30 AM)
We are partnering with a growing law firm seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal to support an expanding Insurance Defense team.
Requirements / Skills
3-5 years of litigation experience
Insurance defense experience preferred
Experience supporting all phases of litigation, including:
Case management and file organization
Drafting pleadings and discovery
Deposition and trial prep support
Medical record and billing summaries
State e-filing experience required; federal e-filing strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases
Detail-oriented with excellent written and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Stable work history preferred
Additional Details
Billable requirement: 1,200 hours + incentive bonus for exceeding
Paralegal certificate and degree not required
