Job Summary:
This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the company's corporate structure within the Americas region and beyond. The paralegal will be responsible for ensuring all legal entities are properly formed and maintained to support business growth and operational excellence. Key duties include handling filings, drafting essential legal documents, and coordinating board functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal entity formations, dissolutions, and statutory filings.
• Draft and review various entity-related legal documents.
• Coordinate board and committee meetings and prepare associated materials.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, and other departments on corporate legal matters.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and manage external legal entity communications.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Industry Experience: 
This position requires experience in managing legal entities across diverse markets within a complex, global organization, preferably gained within a large public company's in-house legal department or a top-tier international law firm.
