About the Role

A well-regarded litigation firm in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role is based at the firm's office daily, putting you at the center of case activity andgiving you direct, real-time access to the attorneys you support.

This paralegal opportunity is not a paper-pushing role. You will work directly alongside accomplished trial attorneys on complex, significant civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution. What You Will Do

As the Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing active litigation files across the full case lifecycle
  • Coordinating discovery, document review, and production
  • Drafting, proofreading, and formatting pleadings, motions, and correspondence
  • Scheduling and supporting depositions, including summarization
  • Ensuring court filing compliance in Colorado state and federal courts
  • Conducting legal research using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis
  • Coordinating expert witnesses and outside vendors
  • Supporting trial preparation including exhibit organization and logistics
What We Are Looking For

The ideal paralegal candidate will bring:
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting (required)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-party civil matters
  • Strong working knowledge of Colorado state and federal court rules and filing procedures
  • Proficiency with Westlaw and/or LexisNexis
  • Experience with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active matters under deadline pressure
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, get-it-done work ethic
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred; experience is the primary hiring consideration
  • Experience at a larger firm is a plus; candidates ready to bring that depth to a more focused, high-accountability environment are especially encouraged to apply
