Description
- Oversee and manage a team of paralegals to ensure high-quality legal support services are delivered.
- Assign and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys and staff regarding paralegal support needs.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and expertise.
- Monitor workload distribution and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all paralegal activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and improve operational processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Profile
A successful Paralegal Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or college
- A strong background as a litigation paralegal, ideally within a Big Law envrionment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in legal technology tools and software to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
