Extension is seeking a Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in downtown Milwaukee, WI.
Provide comprehensive paralegal support to a high-performing pre-litigation attorney managing complex, high-volume cases
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and other case-related materials
Maintain and organize case files while ensuring deadlines are met
Coordinate client communications, meetings, depositions, and court-related scheduling
Gather client information and documentation to support case preparation
Work closely with attorneys throughout the litigation process, including trial preparation
Manage a fast-paced caseload while delivering exceptional client service

3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury
Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal environment
Litigation experience is a plus
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and communicate professionally with clients and attorneys
Experience with Filevine is a plus
Paralegal certification would be nice
