About the RoleJoin Baird in a high-impact Paralegal role where your work directly shapes firmwide policies, strengthens governance, and helps manage risk across the organization!This Paralegal role supports Baird's Legal and Human Resources teams by reviewing, drafting, and analyzing policies, handbook provisions, templates, and regulatory developments that impact the firm.
