The City of Minnetonka is currently accepting applications for the position of Paralegal.

Provide paralegal support to both the Civil and Criminal Divisions of the Legal Department. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing materials for meetings and court proceedings, assisting with contract and ordinance review, coordinating trial and hearing preparation, managing case-related records, communicating with attorneys, law enforcement, and the public, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Legal Department.

Minimum Qualifications: (expected to have to enter job)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Paralegal Certification from an accredited program or two years of full-time comparable experience.
