    Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

    Location

    Richmond Hill, NY — fully in-office role offering hands-on collaboration, direct attorney access, and day-to-day involvement in active cases.

    Note

    This role requires at least 2 years of law office experience, with hands-on exposure to No-Fault arbitration or litigation strongly preferred.

    Job Description

    • Prepare, file, and manage No-Fault arbitration cases from start to finish
    • Handle electronic filings through NYSCEF and e-Law
    • File and manage matters in New York Supreme Court
    • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, hearings, and follow-ups
    • Draft, organize, and manage legal documents and correspondence
    • Track case status and ensure timely responses and filings
    • Assist with invoicing and billing using QuickBooks
    • Communicate with courts, arbitrators, insurance carriers, and clients
    • Maintain organized digital and physical case files

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of law office experience
    • Experience with No-Fault arbitration or litigation preferred
    • Proficiency with NYSCEF and e-Law required
    • Experience filing cases in New York Supreme Court
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks for invoicing and billing
    • Strong organizational, calendaring, and deadline-management skills
    • Ability to work independently in a small firm environment
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills
