Description
We are supporting our client on a search for a Paralegal who will be a true partner to a busy team of attorneys. This is a high-trust seat with real ownership, exposure to high-stakes matters, and a clear path to senior paralegal or paralegal manager roles.
You will work hybrid out of a beautiful NYC office three days per week. We are open to paralegals at law firms, in-house corporate legal teams, and litigation or transactional specialists ready to grow.
Responsibilities
Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents, correspondence, and filings
Manage case files, exhibits, and document productions
Conduct legal research and prepare clear summaries for attorneys
File documents with state and federal courts and regulatory agencies
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and client meetings
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and statute-of-limitation trackers
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
Help with billing entries, expense tracking, and matter management
Requirements
2 plus years of paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house legal team
Strong writing, proofreading, and attention to detail
Comfort with e-filing systems and document management tools
Familiarity with at least one practice area (corporate, litigation, real estate, or IP)
Hybrid presence in the NYC office at least three days per week
Paralegal certificate or bachelors degree preferred
