About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Personal Injury Paralegals to support busy litigation teams across multiple New Jersey office locations.
This role is ideal for a paralegal with hands-on personal injury experience who can manage case details, communicate with clients, support attorneys, and help move matters forward from intake through resolution. The strongest candidates will bring strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys with personal injury matters from intake through settlement, litigation, or trial preparation
- Manage case files, deadlines, documentation, and matter-related follow-up
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, experts, and other involved parties
- Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, liens, and related case materials
- Assist with preparing discovery responses, pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
- Track treatment status, medical documentation, case progress, and outstanding records
- Help prepare demand packages, settlement materials, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate depositions, medical appointments, client meetings, and case-related scheduling
- File and organize case documents through internal systems and applicable court platforms
- Maintain accurate notes, calendars, and case updates for attorneys and team members
- Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, records, and case organization
- Follow up on outstanding items to help keep cases moving efficiently
- Perform additional paralegal and litigation support duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 3 or more years of personal injury paralegal experience preferred
- Candidates with 1.5 or more years of strong personal injury experience may be considered
- Experience handling personal injury litigation, pre-litigation, or a combination of both
- Strong understanding of medical records, demands, discovery, deadlines, and case management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities
- Professional, dependable, and able to work well with attorneys, clients, and team members
- Comfortable working in a busy, fully onsite legal environment
- Strong follow-through and ability to keep cases moving
- Spanish language skills are a plus, if applicable, but not required unless specified by office need
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary generally ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience
- Small holiday bonus opportunity
