We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Paralegal with a focus on Personal Injury law and proficiency in Spanish language. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and will join our dynamic legal team to provide support in all aspects of case management and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys in Spanish and English.
Maintain case files and organize documents for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and billing clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in Personal Injury law.
Proficiency in Spanish language, both written and verbal, is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of legal research tools and software.
Familiarity with court procedures and filing requirements.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
