The OpportunityWe are looking for a high-level Prelitigation Paralegal who can take true ownership of a caseload, communicate confidently with clients and insurance companies, and operate with urgency, professionalism, and compassion. This is not an entry-level or administrative role — we want someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of building an elite plaintiff's firm in Oregon.You will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement demand under attorney supervision, serving as the primary point of contact for your clients throughout the process.
