The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of proven experience in general practice, showcasing expertise in trusts and estates, litigation, contracts, real estate, and business law.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently oversee a caseload of legal matters, involving tasks such as drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating deals, handling closings, and representing clients in court.
  • Ensure the seamless management of cases, adhering to deadlines and delivering top-notch legal services.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to provide insightful legal opinions to clients on a diverse range of legal issues.
  • Keep abreast of legal developments, staying informed about changes in laws and regulations that impact clients' interests.
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal staff to formulate and execute effective legal strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the legal team.
  • Attend court hearings and depositions, preparing pleadings and motions, and overseeing legal discovery processes.

Required Qualifications:
