A publicly traded technology company is seeking an experienced
Corporate Paralegal to support its in-house legal team in North County San Diego. This role offers broad exposure to corporate governance, contracts, SEC compliance, intellectual property, and strategic corporate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Support corporate governance activities, including board materials, minutes, resolutions, and entity management
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, including NDAs and commercial agreements
- Assist with SEC filings and regulatory compliance efforts
- Support intellectual property portfolio administration
- Assist with M&A transactions, due diligence, and data room management
- Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a variety of legal matters
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
- Experience supporting public company legal functions
- Corporate governance and entity management experience
- Exposure to SEC reporting and compliance
- Contract administration experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Notary Public or willingness to obtain commission
