Personal Injury Case Coordinator
Pay Rate: $50,000–$70,000/year; Based on experience

Our growing client is seeking a Personal Injury Case Coordinator to support attorneys and legal staff during the early stages of personal injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in insurance, legal support, or case management who enjoys working directly with clients and helping move cases efficiently toward resolution.
Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Case Coordinator will include:
- Assist clients with insurance-related matters, including no-fault claims, property damage claims, and the personal injury claims process
- Identify applicable insurance coverages and communicate with insurance carriers regarding case details
- Maintain regular contact with clients to obtain medical treatment updates and case information
- Gather and coordinate lien information from Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance providers, and other agencies
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to prepare cases for settlement or litigation
- Coordinate liability investigations and assist with case development
- Prepare detailed settlement demand packages for insurance carriers
- Track settlement offers and communicate negotiation updates to attorneys
- Maintain organized case files and documentation
- Support cases in multiple jurisdictions as needed
Qualifications for the role of Personal Injury Case Coordinator:
- Previous experience in personal injury law, insurance, legal support, or case management preferred
- Automobile insurance experience, including bodily injury and no-fault claims, is a plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional client service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal staff
