What you will do as a Paralegal:- Provide substantive legal work for attorneys in litigation and insurance defense
- Handle dozens of lawsuits at once
- Meet deadlines for discovery plan and/or scheduling order
- File motions, produce documents, and obtain reports
- Re-prioritize as needed to ensure important matters are not forgotten or delayed
What you need to be a Paralegal:- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Prioritize and meet deadlines
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong computer and grammar skills
- Great communicator and team player
