Pay Rate: $35-$43/hr.Employment Type : Direct HireJob Description:LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys across a diverse practice that includes civil litigation, business law, contracts, real estate matters, and corporate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing a variety of matters and working directly with attorneys and clients in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Provide litigation and transactional support to attorneys across multiple practice areasDraft, review, and format legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, contracts, and discovery materialsPrepare and file court documents in state and federal courtsManage case files, calendars, deadlines, and matter-related documentationCoordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and third partiesAssist with discovery, document management, and productionSupport attorneys with hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, closings, and other legal proceedingsMaintain accurate records and ensure matters progress efficiently from inception through resolutionQualifications:3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Legal SecretaryExperience supporting litigation matters required; exposure to business law, real estate, or corporate matters is a plusStrong knowledge of court filings, case management, and legal document preparationExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareParalegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
