This individual contributor role reports to the Associate General Counsel and works closely with capital markets, commercial, development, and EPC finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department and broader organizationEstablish and maintain well organized files across hardcopy, electronic, and shared site platformsAssist with contracting tasks including drafting, reviewing, and editing basic legal documents and managing the contract signature processSupport renewable energy project transactions by tracking due diligence activities and preparing initial drafts of disclosure schedules and data room catalogsAssist in transaction management including corporate deliverables and title and survey mattersLiaise with finance and accounting teams on spend approvals, invoices, and finance onboardingAssist in the maintenance and renewal of business licenses and professional registrations across jurisdictionsSupport corporate level compliance and the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projectsWhat We Look ForStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly driven with problem solving abilities, integrity, and a strong work ethicDetail oriented with a high level of accuracyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to work effectively within a rapidly changing organization, both independently and collaborativelyKnowledge of real estate and corporate governanceResourcefulness and polite persistenceMinimum Qualifications1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a paralegal or transaction associate in the energy or digital infrastructure industryBachelor's degree preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); CLM experience preferredExperience with project management softwareNotary certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employmentAbility to work in the Salt Lake City, UT office a minimum of 3 days per weekAbility to travel up to 25%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship#J-18808-Ljbffr
