You'll work to support firm Partner Jillian Duggan-Herd to ensure deadlines are met, procedures are followed, and the highest quality work product is delivered. Perform all Legal Secretary duties but may delegate tasks as available.Support attorneys with special projects and additional assignments as needed.Job RequirementsParalegal Certificate required, bachelor's degree a plusMinimum 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in family law in San Diego County requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience supporting a firm partner or CFLS preferredExcellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail; ability to follow complex instructions accuratelyResourceful, proactive, and experienced with managing multiple deadlinesCritical thinking skills – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office softwareAdditional InformationThis role can be fully remote, hybrid, or in-person at our Mission Valley office, Monday - Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.If you do not have experience in San Diego County, your application will not be considered.The anticipated compensation for this role is $40 - $50 per hour, but ultimately will depend on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
