What your future day will look like:
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation for state and federal cases.
  • Manage case calendars by tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
  • Prepare, file, and organize legal documents for courts and arbitration forums.
  • Assist with discovery by drafting responses, tracking production, and maintaining organized records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, vendors, and expert witnesses throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Prepare trial materials including exhibits, summaries, and supporting documentation for hearings and litigation proceedings.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Prior experience in a paralegal or litigation support role required
  • High school diploma required; paralegal certification or associate degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast?paced legal environment
