The Antitrust Division (ATR) is seeking to fill a PARALEGAL SPECIALST position in the Litigation Program. Within the Division, the Litigation Program focuses on building and enhancing litigation readiness across the criminal and civil enforcement programs as follows:
As a PARALEGAL SPECIALST, you will:
supply needed factual information for inclusion in memoranda, briefs, and similar documents.

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the Specialized Experience Requirements. Specialized experience is experience that has provided you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position as described above, and that is typically in or related to this position being filled.
To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level, your resume must reflect at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Combination of graduate education and specialized experience: Combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience may be used to meet total experience requirements. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify for that grade level. NOTE: Transcript(s) must be provided.
