Shift4
Shift4 is a growing, family-owned business that competes with (and beats) the biggest players in our industry. We work hard every day to maintain our position at the forefront of the payment industry. We're big enough to be nationally recognized, yet small enough that the CEO is still on a first-name basis with the employees.
The family vibe permeates throughout the company. Members of the executive team: Mr. and Mrs. Oder, their son JD, and daughter Stephanie care about what we're doing and encourage us along as needed. (Sometimes this makes our meetings feel more like dinner-table discussions than corporate gatherings.) In addition to engaged leadership, our executives bring a passion for the industry and a genuine concern for our customers that is contagious. Their absolute technical genius is likewise inspiring.
Shift4 draws a diverse workforce from across the nation and around the world. Previous employment experiences range from hospitality management to military security and just about everything in between. We are always on the hunt for hard workers with relevant experience and a desire to learn.
