The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church is seeking a Paralegal Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of Paralegal I and Paralegal II professionals while managing the daily operations of the paralegal unit. This position plays a key role in promoting operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional License/Certifications - Completion of a paralegal program recognized by the American Bar Association.
Substitution: Additional education may be substituted for experience
Desirables: Preference may be given to applicants with experience in a prosecutor's office, criminal justice agency, or closely related setting.

Additional Information
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, flexible schedule with limited telework opportunities and flexibility for occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.
Compensation: The full salary range for this role is $87,318.40 - $135,324.80 annually and offers will depend on experience.

Excellent reading comprehension, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills.
