Seeking a Paralegal with experience in real estate transactions and/or estate planning . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files and deadlines while supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review closing documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate and schedule closings with clients, lenders, and title companies.
  • Assist with title review, document recording, and post-closing follow-up.
  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies.
  • Support attorneys with probate filings, trust administration, and client communications.
  • Perform legal research, document preparation, and file maintenance.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and third parties.
Qualifications
  • Previous paralegal experience required.
  • Experience in real estate transactions and/or estate planning preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal practice or closing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional local errands.
  • Paralegal certificate or related education is a plus but not required with relevant experience.
