The Paralegal will be responsible for all aspects of pre‑litigation case management including communicating with insurance companies and medical providers, sending letters of representation and tort claim notices, regularly communicating with clients regarding treatment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining case records, obtaining PIP ledgers, coordinating with potential UM/UIM, preparing and forwarding closing documents.QualificationsExperience with handling personal injury cases including motor vehicle, slip and fall cases.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.Proficiency with case management software.Bilingual Spanish preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
