SALARY: $75,000-$100,000/year DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) | Flexible Hours | Direct Hire

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Draft, edit, proofread, and electronically file pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents with Oregon state and federal courts.
Manage attorney calendars, litigation deadlines, case files, and document organization using NetDocuments, Clio, and CoCounsel.
Coordinate depositions, expert witnesses, medical records, discovery, client communications, and trial preparation.
Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout all phases of complex civil litigation while ensuring exceptional organization and attention to detail.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably.
Strong knowledge of Oregon court rules, litigation procedures, calendaring, and electronic court filing.
Experience with NetDocuments, Clio, and CoCounsel or similar legal software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional organizational, proofreading, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods while preparing and reviewing legal documents.
Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry legal files or office materials up to 20 pounds.
Ability to move throughout the office to support attorneys, attend meetings, and manage case files as needed.
