Our firm is looking for a Paralegal / Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Denver office. This position supports attorneys across several transactional practice areas with a focus on estate planning, estate administration and probate, tax, business, real estate, immigration, and other matters. Responsibilities for Legal Administrative Assistant
\n

- Collect, review, and organize documents and information for attorney review and matter preparation
- \n
- Prepare, proofread, format, and coordinate legal documents, correspondence, and client deliverables
- \n
- Assist attorneys with drafting, revising, and filing legal documents
- \n
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, government agencies, and other third parties to gather information and move matters forward
- \n
- Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and help manage active matters from intake through completion
- \n
- Manage, organize, and maintain electronic and physical client files
- \n
- Assist with signings and serve as notary
- \n
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining attorney calendars
- \n
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications for Legal Administrative Assistant
\n
- \n
- Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal administrator, legal secretary, or in a similar legal support role is preferred.
- \n
- Experience supporting transactional legal matters, including estate planning, estate administration, business, real estate, tax, or immigration matters, is a plus
- \n
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- \n
- Ability to work full-time in-person at our Denver Office, Monday through Friday
- \n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- \n
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
- \n
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- \n
- Associates or a Bachelor's degree preferred
- \n
- Proficiency in formatting documents with a keen attention to detail
- \n
- Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, keep deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
- \n
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, anticipate attorney and client needs, and take ownership of assigned matters

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
