Paralegal for a
healthcare technology client. This role is responsible for
contract administration, legal research, corporate governance support, regulatory compliance, and legal document management.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in
corporate legal support, healthcare compliance, contract lifecycle management, and regulatory affairs seeking flexibility, stability, and exposure to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents including NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, partnership agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Support contract lifecycle management, corporate governance activities, regulatory filings, and legal compliance initiatives
- Conduct legal research related to healthcare regulations, privacy laws, licensing requirements, and other regulatory matters
- Coordinate with outside counsel and collaborate with internal business partners on legal projects and compliance efforts
- Maintain legal records, contract databases, document management systems, and prepare materials for executive and board-level meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal supporting corporate legal, compliance, or contract administration functions
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, document management systems, Microsoft Office, and legal research
- Experience supporting organizations within healthcare, healthcare technology, telehealth, education, or another highly regulated industry preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred
