What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys with day-to-day case work from intake through resolution
- Draft and file legal documents, correspondence, discovery, and settlement materials under attorney guidance
- Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Prepare demand packages, discovery responses, and case summaries as needed
- Help coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case-related events
- Keep case information accurate and organized using our case management system (Neos)
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to prioritize tasks and keep cases moving efficiently
- Pitch in with general administrative support when needed — we’re a small team and work together
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting (personal injury experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (Neos, Needles, Clio, etc.)
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- A client-focused mindset and calm, professional demeanor

- Standard hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
