We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our team across a multi-entity corporate structure. This role will play a key part in managing contracts, supporting litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining corporate records across various subsidiaries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and has experience in construction or corporate law.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and revise construction-related agreements, including subcontracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts
• Track contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract approvals
• Maintain corporate records for multiple subsidiaries, including formation documents, annual filings, and organizational charts
• Assist with entity formation, dissolution, and qualification in various jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with state and federal corporate requirements
• Assist with construction disputes, claims, and litigation matters
• Manage document collection, organization, and production for legal proceedings
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams on case updates and deadlines
• Support compliance initiatives, including licensing, permits, and regulatory filings
• Monitor and track insurance certificates, bonds, and risk-related documentation
• Help implement and maintain internal policies and procedures
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports
• Maintain legal databases and document management systems
• Support general counsel and legal team with day-to-day legal operations
Qualifications -

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal certification preferred
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in construction, corporate, or real estate law
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-state organizations strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across departments
• Experience in commercial construction or related industries
• Familiarity with lien laws, contract compliance, and project documentation
• Exposure to insurance, bonding, and risk mitigation processes
