About the Team:
Join a large national law firm supporting a collaborative healthcare legal practice. The team handles sophisticated, high-volume contracting and regulatory work for organizations across the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Do:
• Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize contracts, amendments, and related legal documents.
• Manage document workflows from preparation through execution.
• Track deadlines, revisions, approvals, and outstanding deliverables.
• Partner with attorneys and practice leadership on fast-moving assignments.
• Review documents for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and consistency.
• Maintain templates, reference materials, and organized matter files.
• Support legal research and special projects as needed.

Core Tech & Skills:
• 2–5 years of paralegal or substantive legal support experience
• Large law firm or complex professional-services environment
• Advanced Microsoft Word
• Advanced Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Contract and document production
• Proofreading and formatting
• Workflow and deadline management
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have:
