Paramedic jobs involve responding to emergency calls, providing advanced life support, and ensuring patient stability during transport. Paramedics assess patients, administer treatments, and direct EMTs.They also maintain ambulances, equipment, and ensure compliance with protocols.

What qualifications you will need: 

Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within30 daysof employment start date 

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within30 daysof employment start date 

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within90 daysof employment start date 

PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date 

Other-Fingerprint Required 

Current Paramedic license in Florida.  

Ability to perform invasive procedures under pressure 

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Knowledge of human growth and development andappropriate patientcare 

Experience with critical care transport (if applicable). 

Associates Degree pref , with 1 year exp
