Work hours: PRN/As needed: Evening shift

  • Evenings shifts: 11:00 am - 11:00 pm, rotating holiday and weekend requirements

Here’s What You Need

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

  • 3 months paramedic experience or completion of a paramedic internship Required  

  • 1 Year paramedic experience in EMS or fire department Preferred

  • EMT-P - Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Upon Hire Required Or

  • LP - Licensed Paramedic Upon Hire Required

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And

  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And

  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 Days Required And

  • CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually within 90 Days Required

  • Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast paced environment, positive interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to perform basic computer skills.

 

What You Will Do

  • Performs technical skills that are adapted to reflect the population-specific and developmental needs of the patient.

  • Provides safe patient care under the delegation of appropriate Physician and competency sign-off.

  • All clinical activities are delegated and conducted under direct physician supervision.
