The Paramedic provides advanced emergency medical care and transportation for critically ill or injured patients. This role requires expert clinical skills, rapid decision-making, and the ability to perform advanced life support procedures in high-pressure environments.EDUCATION & LICENSURE High school diploma or GED Current National Registry Paramedic certification Current Montana Paramedic license Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, pharmacology, and advanced airway techniques. Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to lift and move patients and equipment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
