Nature of Work: The Paramount Theatre Internship provides an opportunity to learn about the planning, execution and implementation of Paramount Theatre’s venue operations and event operations. Interns will participate in the day-to-day operations of the Paramount Theatre, assist with various event night responsibilities, employee training, and help with new Paramount Theatre initiatives. The Paramount Theatre intern should have strong communication, organization and time management skills, possess a desire to learn about event management and venue management and be available some nights and weekends. All Colorado Interns are required to attend all KSE Internship Program hosted events that occur during business hours. If unable to attend due to work, school or unforeseen circumstance, the Intern must inform the Internship Program Committee. All Interns are required to participate in the KSE Mentorship Program by meeting with the assigned Mentor in person or virtually at least for the initial meet-up.
