About the Role: Secure Bridge Wealth Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Paraplanner / Associate Financial Advisor to support our advisory team in delivering world-class client experience. This role blends financial planning analysis, client service, and advisory support—ideal for someone early in their wealth management career who’s eager to grow into a client facing advisor. You’ll work closely with lead advisors to prepare financial plans, support meeting preparation and follow up, handle client service requests, and help facilitate plan implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Gather, organize, and maintain detailed client financial data.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans and perform analysis, stress‑testing, and data verification.

  • Help interpret plan output and assist in implementing planning recommendations.

Client Service & Support:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for incoming client questions and service needs.

  • Create client presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

  • Support onboarding of new clients, including data collection and account setup.

  • Conduct meeting preparation and manage post‑meeting follow‑up tasks.

Advisory Support:

  • Prepare investment or planning recommendations for advisor review.

  • Execute trades and service requests as directed by the lead advisor.

  • Participate in client meetings (with opportunity to gradually take on segments of meetings).

  • Maintain accuracy and quality across all client deliverables and interactions.

Who You Are:

  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workflows.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow into a client‑facing advisory role.

  • Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn financial planning and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in financial planning, finance, economics, business, or related field.

  • CFP® designation/interest in pursuing the CFP® designation (or already enrolled).

  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) is a plus.

  • Prior experience in financial services is helpful but not required.

Career Path & Growth:

  • This role is designed as the first step in the SecureBridge Advisor Career Path, with clear progression opportunities up to lead advisor.

  • Growth is supported through hands‑on mentorship, structured skill development, and increasing responsibility in financial plan creation, client interaction, and ultimately advisory leadership.

Performance Indicators:

  • Success in this role is measured by:

  • Accuracy and quality of planning work.

  • Responsiveness and professionalism in client service.

  • Technical proficiency with planning systems and data.

  • Demonstrated progress toward advisory skills and designations.
