    Description

    As a Para Planner at Mission Financial Planners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisory team by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and assisting with client management. Your analytical skills will help ensure that our clients receive tailored solutions that align with their financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial plans for clients.
    • Conduct in-depth research on financial products, investment strategies, and planning techniques.
    • Support the Financial Advisors in developing and maintaining client relationships.
    • Gather client data, calculate financial metrics, and develop financial scenarios.
    • Prepare and organize meeting materials and documentation.
    • Stay current with financial regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 2-4 years of experience in financial planning or related support roles.
    • Knowledge of financial planning software; familiarity with eMoney is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • CFP designation or progress toward certification is preferred.
