Position Details

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota

School Year: August 2026 – June 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hours per week

Setting: Onsite/In-Person

Student Population: K–12 openings available


What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students receiving special education services
  • Assist students with academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills as needed
  • Support classroom instruction and help implement individualized learning plans and accommodations
  • Collaborate with special education teachers, general education teachers, therapists, and school staff
  • Encourage student engagement, independence, confidence, and positive behavior
  • Assist with classroom management and maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment
  • Support students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, and community-based instruction when applicable
  • Track student progress and communicate effectively with educational teams
