Position Details
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
School Year: August 2026 – June 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hours per week
Setting: Onsite/In-Person
Student Population: K–12 openings available
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students receiving special education services
- Assist students with academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills as needed
- Support classroom instruction and help implement individualized learning plans and accommodations
- Collaborate with special education teachers, general education teachers, therapists, and school staff
- Encourage student engagement, independence, confidence, and positive behavior
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment
- Support students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, and community-based instruction when applicable
- Track student progress and communicate effectively with educational teams
