Eligible applicants must have completed one of the following: Associates Degree; OR 48 College Units; OR * High School Diploma and Passage of the NCLB (ESSA) Paraprofessional Test. BOUSD offers the NCLB (ESSA) Paraprofessional Test to applicants for FREE!

• Copy of Transcript (A minimum of 48 college units required or may contact HR for additional information regarding NCLB)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 Letters dated and signed within the last 2 years of posting date - References MUST include, name, address, telephone, signature, and email.)
• Resume

Location: Country Hills Elementary Hours: 6.0 hours per day Shift: TBD Monday - Friday (9.5 months per year) Sick leave and vacation are earned on a prorated basis at a rate of one day per month. California School Employees Association Agreement Article VI, 6.1.3 states: "Voluntary transfer/promotion requests by an employee for an opening shall be given prior consideration over a new employee." Article VI, 6.3.2 states: "When a new position is created or an existing position becomes vacant, the District shall first offer the opportunity to transfer or to seek promotion to bargaining unit employees." Applicants may be rejected on the basis of an incomplete application or failure to meet the posted qualifications.
