We are currently seeking Paraprofessionals for our Oakland International Academy campuses! This role will provide support and serve as a part of an instructional team alongside teachers and service personnel.

Essential Duties
- Assists with designing, implementing, and evaluating program activities to ensure high levels of learning and performance outcomes.
- Provides one-on-one tutoring as needed.
- Provides instructional support services as directed under teacher supervision.
- Assists in conducting parental awareness activities.
- Serves as a testing proctor for assessment administration functions.
- Maintains performance logs on a daily basis.
- Performs related duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must possess an Associate Degree or has earned at least 60 hours of college credit (90 hours preferred)
- Must be able to demonstrate (through a formal State or local academic assessment) knowledge and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing, and mathematics
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
- Bilingual English/Arabic Preferred
