15 Hours per week
Provide direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to support students in the development of communication, social, academic, and self-care skills. Utilize reinforcement strategies and data-driven techniques to encourage positive behavior change. Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughout sessions. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support carryover of skills across settings. Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment at all times. Adhere to all district and special education policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with each student''s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or 504 Plan.
