Paraprofessional Job Coach~Multiple Disabilities Program

QUALIFICATIONS: The Job Coach shall be a high school graduate. Substitute Certificate required. The Job Coach must have on file his/her criminal background check. Also have a CDL license or willingness to get a CDL preferred.

REPORTS TO: Director of Special Services

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-Time, Ten (10) Months (29.75 hrs./week)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Job Coach

• Responsibilities include helping students with disabilities, both within the school setting and at community job site, to learn the requirements of a job and work environment, accommodate tasks as needed, perform their work duties, and facilitate appropriate interpersonal skills in the workplace.
