The Gillett School District is seeking a caring, patient, and skilled Elementary Paraprofessional to join our dedicated team. This position supports the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students-particularly those receiving special education services-by working under the direct supervision of teachers and specialists. The paraprofessional will assist with classroom instruction, student supervision, and individualized support to help all students succeed in a safe and engaging learning environment.
Job Goal
To assist teaching staff in achieving instructional objectives by working with individual students or small groups, helping them reach skill levels comparable to their peers, and providing supervision and support in a variety of educational settings.
