Paraprofessional to provide one-to-one support in the PALs (life skills) classroom Middle School experience preferred Understanding of classroom management strategies Understanding of how to support dysregulated students Ability to work with students in a small group or large group setting Strong communication and collaboration skills with both colleagues and families Will attend local field trips as part of the life skills curriculum
